Business Partner
A Professional Partnership Built on Process and Responsibility.
Partner With JDA
JDA Capital Services Limited, formerly Beeline Broking Limited, works with Authorised Persons who introduce and service clients. Partners use JDA's trading platforms, back office and client-service support.
Our promoters bring more than 45 years of combined market experience. Partner support covers onboarding, trading, risk management and payouts.
Appointment, permitted activities and commercial terms are subject to eligibility, required approvals and written agreements.
Who May Enquire
Individuals, partnership firms and companies with securities-market experience can apply to become an Authorised Person of JDA.
- 01Relevant market experience
- 02Suitable business capability
- 03Commitment to responsible client service
- 04Readiness for eligibility assessment and due diligence
Final criteria depend on the applicable framework and JDA's approved process.
Authorised Person Framework
Under the SEBI and exchange framework, an Authorised Person (AP) is appointed by a stock broker and approved by each exchange before acting on the broker's behalf.
Clients introduced by an AP open their accounts directly with JDA. All funds and securities stay in the client's own account with JDA, never with the AP.
No activity should begin until required formalities and approvals are complete.
Permitted Market Access, Technology & Infrastructure
Permitted Market Access & Services
Approved partners can offer JDA's services in the exchange segments for which they hold approval, such as equity, derivatives and commodity.
Technology & Trading Infrastructure
Partners get front-office terminals with real-time data, single and multi-leg order entry, bulk orders and two-factor authentication, plus a web-based back office.
Approved Systems & Channels
Client orders, communication and records must go only through systems and channels JDA has approved, so every instruction can be traced and audited.
Partners must operate within authorised limits and use only approved systems and communication channels.

Compliance, Conduct & Client Protection
Applicable Law & Exchange Requirements
Partners must follow SEBI regulations, exchange bye-laws and circulars and their agreement with JDA, including displaying their AP registration details.
Client-Protection Standards
Partners must not accept cash or securities from clients in their own name, promise returns, or trade in a client's account without written authorisation.
Record-Keeping & Confidentiality
Client records and data must be kept securely and confidentially for the periods SEBI and the exchanges require, and used only for authorised purposes.
Complaint Escalation
Client complaints must be recorded and passed to JDA's grievance cell at grievance@jdacapital.in without delay. Clients can also approach the exchange, SEBI SCORES or SMART ODR.
Specific duties are governed by applicable requirements and written agreements.
Application & Due Diligence
JDA's compliance team reviews each application before it is sent to the exchanges for approval.
An enquiry does not guarantee approval or appointment.
- 01
Submit an initial enquiry and discuss the proposed arrangement.
- 02
Provide the required documents and declarations for assessment.
- 03
Complete due diligence, agreements, training and any required formalities.
- 04
Commence activity only after the necessary approvals and documentation are complete.
Commercial Terms & Ongoing Relationship
Revenue sharing, deposits and other commercial terms are agreed in writing with each partner, based on the segments and services offered.
JDA reviews partner activity regularly. Approval can be withdrawn if regulatory requirements or the terms of the agreement are not met.
01How do I become a business partner?
Submit the partner enquiry, share documents and declarations, complete due diligence, agreements and training, and start only after approvals are in place.
02Can an Authorised Person hold client money or securities?
No. Client funds and securities move only through the trading member's accounts, never in the partner's own name.
03Can I be a partner of more than one broker?
No. Exchange rules allow an Authorised Person to be appointed by one trading member only.
