Sharma is a rankholder chartered accountant, seasoned finance and capital markets professional with over 20 years of experience across merchant banking, financial management, risk management, and business operations. He previously served as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Principal Officer at Religo Capital Advisors Private Limited and as Finance Controller at Hipolin Limited. During his 13-year tenure at Monarch Networth Capital Limited, he gained extensive experience in SME IPO advisory, merchant banking, valuation, offer document preparation, and regulatory compliance.
