Order Entry & Transaction Information

Account Records

Contract notes are emailed within 24 hours of each trade, and statements of funds and securities are sent regularly. Check them and report any discrepancy promptly.

Confirm the instrument, quantity, price and order type before submitting. Orders remain subject to market conditions, exchange systems and applicable rules.

01How do I keep my online trading account secure?

Never share your password, OTP or PIN, log out after use, use only the official platform link, and check the contract note and SMS or email alerts for every transaction.

02What should I do if I see an unauthorised transaction?

Write to JDA customer care at once with the details so that it can be investigated, and check your contract notes and alerts. If it is not resolved, follow the escalation steps and use SEBI SCORES.

03I forgot my password or my account is locked. What should I do?

Use the reset option on the login screen. If that does not work, contact customer care with your client ID.
