03. How can I contact JDA Capital?

05. How do I get started with JDA Capital?

Companies can use the enquiry form on any service page or the Contact page to describe the requirement; a senior team member then reviews it. Investors can use Open an Account to start the KYC process.

06. Can I meet or speak to a senior member of the team?

02. Why is the page called Investment Banking when JDA is a merchant banker?

Investment Banking is the name JDA Capital uses for the business. The firm's SEBI registration category remains Merchant Banker, and that term is kept wherever it states the regulatory fact.

03. Does JDA advise companies on IPOs?

Yes. JDA advises on the full IPO journey: readiness review, structuring, due diligence, offer-document preparation, exchange and SEBI coordination, marketing, and listing support.

04. Does JDA work on Main Board IPOs?

06. How do I know if my company is ready for an IPO?

JDA reviews the business model, financial history, governance, promoter holding, legal standing and growth plans against the exchange and SEBI requirements. The result is a readiness note listing what is in place and what needs work.

07. What is the role of a lead manager?

The lead manager is the SEBI registered merchant banker responsible for the issue. It conducts due diligence, prepares the offer document, coordinates with regulators, exchanges, registrar and other intermediaries, and manages the issue process up to listing.

08. What documents are needed to start an IPO?

Typically audited financial statements, statutory registers and filings, promoter and director details, material contracts, licences, a business description and the company's charter documents. JDA shares a tailored checklist after the first discussion.

09. What is a DRHP or draft prospectus?

It is the draft offer document filed with SEBI (Main Board) or the exchange (SME) before an IPO. It describes the business, risks, financials, use of proceeds and issue terms for public comment and regulatory review.

10. What is the difference between a prospectus and a draft prospectus?

The draft prospectus is filed first for review and comments. The final prospectus (or red herring and prospectus) is filed after the review and carries the final issue terms and price.
